My wife and I are regular diners at Poppy's at Ashurion and we always love it, so yesterday 3 July was as good as ever. We were served by a really great server named Alex and she was a real Gem. My wife ordered the scarparella and I had the Fettuccine Alfredo with blackened chicken and it was just as great as ever and Alex was just a super person to have dealt with. I would have shared this on Google but I did one 2 years ago for you guys and Google wouldn't let me do another one. My husband and I ALWAYS go to Poppys when visiting St. Augustine. We live in New Smyrna Beach where everyone raves about "The Garlic". Poppy's is so much better. The Chicken Francese is amazing, love the bread, salad, pasta, and omg, the chocolate cake is the best I ever had! I don't understand how Poppy's has any bad reviews! We always have great food, service and I love the atmosphere there. I am looking forward to my birthday dinner there next week!

We enjoyed a couple of early bird specials of baked beef ravioli and shrimp parmigiana. The specials include a selection of wine or beer with a choice of soup or salad plus bread. It’s a great value and plenty enough to satisfy your cravings. We followed dinner with a slice of limoncello cake that was so yummy. Our server Bujare (Bea) was the very best being attentive, informative and friendly. We’d love to come back soon.

What a fun experience! We recently tried poppys for the first time, and we loved it. The atmosphere was lovely they offer no alcohol options. I enjoy the chicken franchise a lot, but I’m not a fan of the risotto. Not their fault it’s just not my favorite. Highly recommend.
